Good seats in the LS
When I'm with mates I behave myself and sit in with them in our season ticket seats but when I get a chance I like to have a wander and try out other views in the stadium,
Since we moved there I have sat or stood all over the ground and strangely I am beginning to think that the seat I paid for, which is right up in the corner of the BMU, is my favourite view. A little bit distant from the action which kills the feeling of the pace of the game but a very clear view of the whole pitch and tactics/formation etc.

Surrounded by decent supporters too.

Anyone else reckon they've got a decent seat?

Im Block 140, row 4, seat 162 on the aisle right next to 141. Its very low so the view isn't like watching it on TV but then if I wanted that view I'd stay at home. Surrounded by good people with a good atmosphere and especially blocks 141 and 142 get pretty rowdy which I like.

First 2 seasons I was in the upper tier and hated it, the seat move has totally changed and improved my match day experience exponentially.

I'm in block 140 too, directly across the aisle from 141 (which is the next price band up), albeit further back in row 23

I reckon it's the best view/money combination in the ground.

Decent people around me too, other than OTB

Re: Good seats in the LS
Joe C, I've got two mates in row 22 or 23 can't remember which but they are more towards the centre. I love where we sit and giving the Lino abuse and winding up the stewards with chants of stand up sit down adds to the fun.

I’m in block 215 with the old man. Corner flag down in front of us, away fans to our right.

The view is brilliant, all four corners of the pitch without having to move our heads, atmosphere can be a bit and miss but over all I’ve been more than happy with it over the past 2 and a half seasons.

I'm near the front of 243, so high up but as close as you can get. It's OK and nowhere near as bad as some make out.

Re: Good seats in the LS
I was in 142 last night, about 10 rows back. Not bad, just a shame we weren't attacking the BM end in the 2nd half.

love my seat in the bml row 20

Re: Good seats in the LS
For me, anywhere in BML, or any lower tier corner. 102/103, 113/114, 130/131, 141/142.

217 isn't too bad in the upper, if you're at the front, as you can make eye contact with the away fans, which spices things up a bit.

Re: Good seats in the LS
Im in 132, row 25. Would say its up there in terms of view of the ground. High enough to get good view, close enough to the action (as close as you can be in that place). Good group around us and 5 foot away across the stairs is £200 more a year. One of the reasons for renewing was knowing we probably wouldnt be able to get the seats back.

Yeah, mine's good- especially for the price. Band 4, front row of the upper tier, in the north east corner.

What constitutes a "decent supporter"?

Re: Good seats in the LS
Probably the only football stadium where the best views are near the corner flags !

Re: Good seats in the LS
I'm in 132 at the front. I like it because it's the closest you can be to the pitch. You could give it to Zaha at the Palace game close enough that he could hear you and get pissed off.

Blimey, the pic at the top of that article is the exact view I had last night.

Re: Good seats in the LS
Block 215 reporting in. Front-row, decent group, near enough the away support, good view. I won't be moving anytime soon.

My seat is directly behind the gay flag, mind. After 8s Pride of Irons.
